Team Members Currently Needed:
Catering Crew duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Being able to clearly communicate product knowledge and information to our customers.
- Maintaining and contributing to a safe and respectful working environment for both staff and customers by using proper food handling skills and following workplace safety guidelines thereby reducing the risk of injury or accident.
- Set-up and break-down of catering equipment according to all safety procedures.
- Creating a positive client/guest experience by delivering a high level of service and engaging guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
- Following all company operating policies and procedures.
- Adhering to all cash management and handling standards

We are looking for an individual who has:
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic and is committed to hard work and excellence
• An eye for efficiency and is detail oriented
• The desire to be part of a team and is a resourceful, adaptable, problem solver who can think quickly on their feet and has a desire to learn
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Manufacturing of ice cream
• Following work order procedures.
• Being able to follow a recipe.
• Being responsible for ensuring the production of a quality product
• Being responsible for the sanitation of ice cream machines and all production environments and equipment
• Inventory management to include work with inventory management software
• Rotation of product in multiple freezers
• Maintaining and contributing to a safe and respectful working environment by using proper food handling skills and following workplace safety guidelines
Minimum qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs., bend and reach
• The ability to routinely work in a frigid environment (gear provided)
• The availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no less than three years)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Work experience in either production, retail and stocking or supply chain environment
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working in the culinary arts
• Experience working with inventory management
• Knowledge of inventory management software

Pint Packer duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Being able to be self-motivated, manage your own time and to work independently.
- The ability to work in a low-temperature environment.

- Maintaining and contributing to a safe and respectful working environment by using proper food handling skills and following workplace cleanliness and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining incredibly high standards of sanitation.
- Maintaining incredibly high standards of product quality.
- Set-up and break-down of manufacturing equipment according to all safety procedures.
- Following all company operating policies and procedures.
- Managing ice cream pint inventory.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Accurately filling out paperwork.
